Kanda and Marie join the team at Edo and Kanda takes on Tyki's tricks to save Lenalee from his clutches. Meanwhile, Marie helps Krory and Bookman defeat the Level 3 Akuma.

The Akuma collect together under the Earl of Millenium's command to form one big Akuma, and the Exorcists have to figure out a way to bring it down, by attacking its head.

Following the battle with the Lv. 3 Akuma and the restoration of Allen's Innocence, it seems that he is actually in a better condition than he were before his arm got destroyed. Now, both the Asia Branch's and the Order HQ's science teams are working their hardest to get data on the Ark, and what it really is. They confirm that it is a teleportation device, and that is enough for Allen to decide that he's going through; to Edo and his friends.

# 70 - God's Clown 

Allen gets to the Lv. 3 Akuma just in time to save Fou, and he engages the Akuma. He is beaten pretty quickly though, and not even Bak's help does anything. However, partly due to what the soul inside the Level 3 Akuma told him, and partly on his own, he realizes why and for who he fights, and his Innocence materializes and reveals his true power. With this, will the tide of the battle turn?

# 69 - Invasion 

As soon as the Akuma attacks the Asian Branch, it nearly kills Allen, but he is saved by the last minute by Bak. When they try to flee, with both Allen and Fou being weakened, they end up having to seal off the area where the demon is. However, Fou enters just before it is sealed off. Allen then pleads to follow her, and after a heated discussion, Allen realizes something about himself, and he is allowed to enter and fight the Akuma.

# 68 - Silence 

Allen's Innocence radiates high energy even in particle form, and brings hope that Allen will recover soon. However, Allen's left eye activates and hurts at the same time, disrupting his focus during training. Furthermore, an Akuma penetrates into the Asia Branch.

# 67 - To Edo 

The Edo-bound team meet the Earl of Millenium, his complete Akuma army and 4 members of the Ancient Family waiting for them. There, they learn the unbelievable truth that Allen is still alive.

General Yeeger also encounters two Noah; Road Kamelot and Tyki Mikk, and engages them. However, when Road uses her trick and shows his past in front of his eyes, will he cope with it?

Allen is sent on a mission to deliver a briefcase to General Kevin Yeeger. He meets up with a finder, Thierry, and they venture to where he is. The General soon comes under attack by some Akuma, but Allen arrive just in time to help him. They then enjoy themselves in Yeeger's stagecoach, and Yeeger talks about his past.

# 24 - Krory's Journey 

Allen and Lavi take Krory with them back to the Headquarters of the Black Order and must contend with Komui's newest creation: Komurin IV.

# 23 - The Vampire I Loved 

The battle between Krory and Eliade comes to a conclusion and Krory must make a decision about what to do now. Will he join the others as an Exorcist or not?

# 22 - Eliade's Truth 

Eliade's past is revealed and the reason why she has stuck by Krory for all these years. Allen unleashes a new ability. His ability seems to have an effect on both Lavi and Krory. What is this new ability? And who will become the winner in the battle between Krory and Eliade?

Eliade tells Krory that Allen and Lavi have attacked her and burnt down the flowers in the basement. She encourages Krory to fight. Lavi explains some things to Krory about Akuma and Exorcists. Krory claims that he has no interest in this so Lavi tells the guy that he intends on getting his answer after Krory regains his consciousness. He then produces a hammer seal. Who is Eliade really? What does she want with Krory?

# 20 - Do Your Best, Mr. Exorcist 

Allen and Lavi fight the vampire, Arystar Krory and uncover something strange about his victims when they find the graves in the grounds surrounding Krory's estate.

# 19 - The Vampire of the Old Castle 

Allen is sent on a mission to find his teacher, General Cross Marian. His search takes him to a town in Romania whose people live in terror of a vampire who lives just outside the town. Allen and the newly arrived Lavi and Bookman are asked to assist the townspeople in killing the vampire.

# 18 - Lenalee's Love 

When Komui sees Lenalee and a member of the Science Department speaking together he grows suspicious. His suspicions increase when both leave headquarters to go shopping in town. Komui, together with his salvaged Komurin II, follow the two to put a stop to their "date".

# 17 - The Pride of the Swordsmen 

Kanda must finish his battle against the thousand year old gladiator and retrieve the Innocence keeping him alive.

# 16 - The Millenium Swordsman 

Allen and Lenalee are told to go to Rome and find Kanda, he has been on a mission but the Order has lost contact with him. When they arrive they find out that the daughter of a rich family has been kidnapped by a swordsman who has lived for a thousand years, the swordsman Kanda is currently in a battle with.

# 15 - The End of the Snowstorm 

Allen, Lavi, and Kanda find the "leaf of revival"; which is actually a tree that has Innocence inside of it.

# 14 - The Leaf of Revival 

Allen and Kanda are sent on another mission, this time with Lavi and Bookman to accompany them. Their mission this time is to investigate a town experiencing weird weather which alternates between snowstorms and very hot winds.

# 13 - With My Coat 

After the battle, Allen and Lenalee are in a hospital where Komui is treating them. Allen is also introduced to Lavi and Bookman, two Exorcists who have arrived to give Komui information on Noah's family; the group of humans that Road is a part of, and are on the side of the Earl. Allen must come to grips with the fact that there are humans he will have to fight.

# 12 - And Then Snow Fell in the Town... 

Thanks to Miranda's healing zone, Allen and Lenalee can engage Road together. After engaging her, she decides to make one of the Akuma following her self-destruct, which causes the soul within to be obliterated. This again causes Allen pain. However, Road flees from the battle before they can properly engage her, and everything seems to move to an end.

# 11 - Miranda Lotto's Feelings 

Allen must fight Road, a human on the Earl's side. When he gets badly injured, can Miranda activate and gain control of her Innocence in time to save him and Lenalee?

Komui, trying to lighten the workload of the Science Department, creates a giant robot he names Komurin II. But when Komurin II goes out of control and tries to operate on Komui's Exorcist sister, Lenalee; can Allen and the others stop the robot before it destroys headquarters in it's search for Exorcists to operate on?

# 7 - The Tombstone of Memories 

Allen's past is revealed as he confronts the Earl of the millennium, who wants to kill Jean for causing problems with his patrol and calling the Earl "a bad guy".

On his way back to the Black Order headquarters from Mater, Allen meets a boy named Jean. Jean and his friends have organized a patrol to search for Akuma within the town. Allen warns the boy that this is dangerous, but Jean won't listen.

The adventure in Mater draws to a close as Allen and Kanda discover the truth of who the Doll actually is and then battle the level 2 Akuma for possession of the Innocence.
